Timothy R. Lawn of Raynes & Lawn gives two continuing legal education presentations in the month of March 2021.
Pennsylvania attorneys must complete 12 hours of continuing legal education annually, including 2 hours of ethics credits. For compliance periods ending in 2022 and thereafter, no more than 6 hours may be earned through pre-recorded on-demand programs, with at least 6 hours required to be completed through live synchronous or in-person classes. The Pennsylvania Bar Institute remains one of the state’s leading accredited providers for these mandatory educational requirements.
On March 4, 2021. Mr. Lawn will be one of five faculty members for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Seminar entitled – “Civil Litigation Update.” Mr. Lawn will be giving a presentation on “Trial Evidence.”
On March 17, 2021 Mr. Lawn will be presenting the “Luncheon Lecture” to members of the Phila Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Lawn will discuss Trial Techniques and Tips.
