TIM LAWN ASKED TO PRESENT TO THE TRIAL JUDGES WHO PRESIDE OVER MEDICAL MALPRACTICE TRIALS IN PHILADELPHIA

Tim Lawn, who has given well over 100 lectures and presentations to lawyers and judges on civil litigation topics throughout his career, was recently asked by the Supervising Judge of the Civil Division in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to make a presentation to the trial judges who preside over medical malpractice trials in Philadelphia. On September 20th, Tim, along with veteran medical malpractice defense attorney Peter Hoffman, gave a two-hour presentation to a roomful of judges in City Hall in which they discussed the challenging legal and evidentiary issues that arise in medical malpractice cases. Tim, who spent the first 7 years of his career defending doctors in medical malpractice cases and has now dedicated the past 27 years to representing the victims of malpractice, is frequently asked to lecture on medical malpractice issues.
