On Monday, March 21, 2016, Regina Foley represented the Philadelphia Bar Association in Harrisburg, explaining the Bar’s opposition to proposed Senate Bill 76 which seeks to impose consumer-paid sales tax on legal services to the Bill’s sponsors, the Pennsylvania Coalition of Taxpayer Associations and the Coalition Opposed to Senate Bill 76.
