We are excited to congratulate Regina Foley on her recent appointment as President of the Board of The Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN). This is a statewide consortium of independent legal aid programs which coordinates the delivery of civil legal assistance to Pennsylvanians who need it most.
