Mark LeWinter Hosts CLE for PTLA

Philadelphia –Mark J. LeWinter of Raynes & Lawn recently delivered a continuing legal education (CLE) presentation for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA). The program, entitled “Trial Technology for All Types of Cases,” covered how attorneys can more effectively use and maximize the benefits of technology in depositions and in front of a jury. The event was held as part of the PTLA’s “Luncheon Lecture” series, held monthly at Del Frisco’s Steakhouse at 15th & Chestnut Streets, where attendees receive 1 CLE credit in various areas of practice.

Mark LeWinter has spent decades successfully representing victims of injury – largely in unsafe product and workplace accidents and has secured many seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements in those areas. He has lectured at more than 100 seminars on product liability issues as well as the use of demonstrative evidence and technology in the courtroom for such organizations as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the America Association of Justice. He currently serves on the national board of the American Board of Trial Advocates, he is annually selected to the lists of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America, and he has received the highest rating in skill and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell.

PTLA is one of the oldest trial lawyer organizations in the country. It is comprised of civil trial attorneys who are committed to advocating for and protecting the rights of the injured in the trial and appellate courtrooms across the commonwealth and in the legislatures in Harrisburg, PA and Washington, DC.
