Tim Lawn has again been invited to give the Civil Law Update at the Annual Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges. Tim, along with noted defense attorney Peter Hoffman, will give a 90 minute presentation to judges from throughout the Commonwealth discussing recent appellate decisions that affect civil trials in Pennsylvania. Some of the topics will include the law as it applies to jury selection, medical malpractice, liquor liability, expert witnesses, and joint liability.
