On March 21, 2017, Tim Lawn gave a one-hour long presentation on “Effective Advocacy in the Courtroom” to public interest lawyers during the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network’s Annual Regional Training Program. The Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network is a statewide consortium of independent legal aid programs that provides civil legal assistance to low-income individuals and families.
